Lilly 2006 Revocable Trust, The Wade and Jennifer O’Hagan Family Trust, George Lilly, Kevin Lilly, Brian Lilly, Wade O’ Hagan, John Christianson, Joseph McNamara, Brian W. McNeill, Eileen Toti, Chris Dias, Brian Hirschfeld, Jeffrey B. Hawkins and Jonathan S. Lavine. The Transferee is Allen Media Broadcasting Evansville, Inc. (“AMBE”). The following individuals serve as officers and directors of AMBE: Byron Allen Folks, Mark P. DeVitre, Carolyn Folks, Eric H. Gould, Terence Hill, Jeffrey W. Mayes and Ronnie Y. Ng. AMBE is wholly-owned by Allen Media Broadcasting, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media Broadcast Holdings, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media Holdings, LLC. Byron Allen Folks holds a 100 percent ownership interests in Allen Media Holdings, LLC.
