LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE On August 17, 2020, KITV, Inc., the licensee of television stations KITV, Honolulu, HI, Channel 4, KMAU, Wailuku, HI, Channel 12, and KHVO, Hilo, HI, Channel 13, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission requesting consent to the transfer of control of KITV, Inc. from SJL Holdco II, LLC to Allen Media Broadcasting Evansville, Inc. The attributable parties of KITV, Inc., SJL Holdco II, LLC and their parent entities are: Waimanalo Holdings II, LLC, Lilly Broadcast Group, LLC, Alta SJL TV, LLC, Bain Capital Middle Market Credit 2014 Investors, L.P., Bain Capital Middle Market Credit 2014, L.P., Bain Capital Credit Member, LLC, The Grace Margaret McNeill Gift Trust, The Andrew Brian McNeill Gift Trust, George D. Lilly 2006 Revocable Trust, The Wade and Jennifer O’Hagan Family Trust, George Lilly, Kevin Lilly, Brian Lilly, Wade O’ Hagan, John Christianson, Joseph McNamara, Brian W. McNeill, Eileen Toti, Chris Dias, Brian Hirschfeld, Jeffrey B. Hawkins and Jonathan S. Lavine. The Transferee is Allen Media Broadcasting Evansville, Inc. (“AMBE”). The following individuals serve as officers and directors of AMBE: Byron Allen Folks, Mark P. DeVitre, Carolyn Folks, Eric H. Gould, Terence Hill, Jeffrey W. Mayes and Ronnie Y. Ng. AMBE is wholly-owned by Allen Media Broadcasting, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media Broadcast Holdings, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media, LLC, which is wholly-owned by Allen Media Holdings, LLC. Byron Allen Folks holds a 100 percent ownership interests in Allen Media Holdings, LLC.
