WASTEWATER SYSTEMS PUBLIC NOTICE OF VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 617 DOCKET NO. 20 – VWW 53 Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Westley Drago has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.” Mr. Carter Romero of CR Engineering, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed 15-912 Punawai Avenue, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778 and TMK (3) 1-5-101: 031.
