Amendment to Special Management Area Use Permit SMA(U)-2004-6, Project Development Use Permit PDU-2004-30, and Class IV Zoning Permit Z-IV-2004-35 to allow an increase in the total number of units from 323 to 426 on a parcel situated on the makai side of Poipu Road, further identified as the Koloa Landing Resort, 2641 Poipu Road, Tax Map Keys: 2-8-015:025-037, 045-074&081, and containing a total area of 22.2 acres. All persons may present testimony for or against any application as public witnesses. Such testimony should be made in writing and presented to the Department prior to the hearing. Late written testimony may be submitted up to seven days after the close of the hearing in cases where the Commission does not take action on the same day as the hearing. Any party may be represented by counsel if he or she so desires.
