Bell, also known as James Bell II, also known as James Bell, , Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to an undivided one fourth interest in that certain parcel of land being TMK (3) 1-6-085-014, being a portion of being a portion of Lot 1 of Block 41 of Ainaloa, also known as Hawaiian Aloha Estates, as shown on Map 70, filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii with Land Court Application No. 1053, containing an area of 17,699 square feet, more or less, located in the District of Puna, County and State of Hawaii in the parcel of land being more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on December 3, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge of the above entitled Court, in Hilo, Hawaii.
