THE PETITION ALLEGES that your consent to the adoption of the above-identified child by the Petitioner above-named is not required and may be dispensed with pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 578-2(c) as amended. A hearing on the Petition will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. at the Family Court located at 777 Kilauea Ave, Hilo, Hawaii. The hearing shall be held by Zoom video conference ID: 943 0592 7124, no password is required.
