The 2013 Jaguar that has been left on my property will be sold or disposed of if not recovered by its owner or owners authorized agent. I further attest that as of the date of this statement: 1) the above vehicle has not been claimed or charges paid for by its owner or agent, 2) at least thirty days have elapsed since the certified letter to the vehicle’s owners were sent and 3) the total of repairs, reasonable storage and handling, and cost of public notice and certified mail charges amount to $21,330.
