NOTICE TO MOTORISTS A small portion of the downhill lane of Kaiwiki Road between Kaiwiki park and Kopaa road in Hilo (please see attached map) will be temporarily closed due to construction on Wednesday December 30th from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
