AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 78-6831 Alii Drive, Kailua Kona, Hawaii 96740. The modifications will consist of the removal and replacement of four panel antennas and associated equipment at approximately 30.5 feet above ground level (measured to the top of the antennas) on the 21 foot 11 inch tall building, whose maximum overall height is 31.5 feet, measured to the top of the highest appurtenance.
