Kilauea Ave. from Puainako St. to Ohea St. shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All traffic northbound from Puainako St. shall proceed on Kinoole St. All traffic southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn right on Ohea St. and proceed to Kinoole St. Jas. W. Glover, Ltd. will be performing excavation, utility adjustments, roadway reconstruction and repaving. Jas. W.
