NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 1, 2021, RESORT CONSULTANTS, INC., a Hawaii corporation (formerly known as Classic Resorts Limited), filed Articles of Dissolution with the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, with an effective date of March 31, 2021.
