Kilauea Ave. from Kawili St. to Lanikaula St. shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All traffic northbound from Manono/Kawili St. shall proceed on Kinoole St. All traffic southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn right on Lanikaula St. and proceed to Kinoole St. Jas. W.
