Kilauea Ave. from Lanikaula St. to Lono St. shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All traffic northbound from Lanikaula St. shall proceed on Kinoole St. All traffic southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn right on Kamana St. or Lono St. and proceed to Kinoole St. Jas. W.
