ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES RELATING TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY BY THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY Pursuant to sections 91-3 and 91-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) hereby provides notice that it adopted amendments to the Emergency Rules Relating to the COVID-19 Emergency on June 9, 2021 as follows: Revised mandate to wear face coverings to exclude common areas where there is no overhead roof, eave, patio, lanai, or structure designed to provide shade or cover; and, to include reference to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Order under Section 361 of the Public Health Services Act (42 U.S.C. 264) and 42 Code of Federal Regulations 70.2 which mandates a temporary halt in residential evictions to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. The amended Emergency Rules Relating to COVID-19 Emergency were filed with the Lieutenant Governor on June 28, 2021 and are effective until September 4, 2021.
