Kilauea Ave. from Kamana St. to Kekuanaoa St. shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All traffic Mauka/Northbound on Kekuanaoa St. shall turn right on Kilauea Ave. All traffic Southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn on Lanihuli St. towards Kinoole St. All traffic Northbound on Kilauea Ave. shall turn left on Lono St. and proceed to Kinoole St. Jas.
