Kilauea Ave. from Kekuanaoa St. to Mohouli St. shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All traffic Northbound on Kilauea Ave. shall turn left on Kamana St. to Kinoole St. All traffic Southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn right on Hoku St. towards Kinoole St. Jas. W.
