Kilauea Ave. from Mohouli St. to Wailoa Stream Bridge shall be closed and restricted to local traffic only. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. All traffic Northbound on Kilauea Ave. shall turn left on Lanihuli St. to Kinoole St. All traffic Southbound from Kilauea Ave. to turn right on Hoku St. towards Kinoole St. Jas. W.
