A copy of the CDUA is available for inspection on the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands’ website, https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/ . Any person may testify or present information on the application. There are 2 ways to participate: online via internet and by written testimony. Online: Persons can present live oral testimony and pose questions via internet during the online public hearing. To participate you will need a computer with internet access and microphone.
