Increases revenues in the Federal Area Plan on Aging account ($1,327,797); and appropriates the same to the Area Plan on Aging account. Ayes: Council Members Inaba, Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Richards, and Acting Chair Chung 7; Noes: None; Absent: Council Members David and Villegas 2; Excused: None. Bill 63: Amends Ordinance No. 21-38, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Supplemental 2 account ($23,720,000); and appropriates the same to the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Supplemental 2 account. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Hawai’i Police Department account ($162,190.50); and appropriates the same to the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Hawai’i Police Department account.
