NOTICE TO MOTORISTS MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS MILE POST 3.90 TO MILE POST 6.90 The State Highways Division will begin improvements on Highway 190, Mile Post 3.90 to 6.90. Work in these areas involve guardrail and shoulder improvements. Construction will begin on November 15, 2021 and work hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a 13-month period. Travel speed through the area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
