NOTICE TO MOTORISTS PAHOA-KALAPANA ROAD 2018 KILAUEA ERUPTION PERMANENT REPAIRS The State Highways Division will begin improvements on Highway 130, Mile Post 15.28 to 15.52. Work in these areas involve eruption permanent repairs. Construction will begin on February 03, 2022 and work hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a 3month period. Travel speed through the area will be reduced, 24hours a day, 7days a week. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
