NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By Order of the Third Circuit Court in Civil No. 3CC171000402, filed April 28, 2021 the Commissioner, named below, has been appointed to sell the property at public auction: I. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Address: 92-8958 Koa Lane, Ocean View, HI 96737; Tax Map Key: (3) 9-2-037-047; Sale must be approved by the Court. The property is sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” and with respect to placement of house and water tank on the lot and setback requirements, survey stakes are evident on the lot itself. Interested parties are invited to make an inspection at the open house. II. SALES INFORMATION: Open Houses: April 14, 2022 and April 21, 2022 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; Auction Date: April 27, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. (noon), at the steps fronting the Hilo Circuit Court, 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. III. TERMS OF SALE: No upset price. The property is sold in its “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” condition and with respect to placement of house and water tank on the lot and setback requirements, survey stakes are evident on the lot itself. Property will be sold at public auction with 10% of highest bid payable in cash, money order, certified or cashier’s check at close of auction, provided that Plaintiff may satisfy the down payment by way of offset up to the amount of its secured debt. Potential bidders must be able to provide proof of his ability to comply with 10% of bid requirement prior to participating in the public auction.
