NOTICE TO MOTORISTS KUAKINI HIGHWAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS VICINITY OF MILE POST 114 The State Highways Division will begin improvements on Highway 11, Mile Post 114. Work in these areas involve construction of grated drop inlets, drywells, gutters, curbs and drainline; asphalt paving; installation of pavement markings and signing and striping. Construction will begin on May 9, 2022 and work hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a 9-month period. Travel speed through the work area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
