NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE COURT ACTION: Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment Against Defendants Kolomona Manowai Kanaele and Sandi-Lyn Uilani Kanaele and Summary Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure Against All Defendants on Complaint filed August 20, 2020; in Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-6, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6 v. Kolomona Manowai Kanaele et al., Civil No. 19-1-0229, Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, the property described below will be sold by the Commissioner at a public foreclosure sale at the date and time set forth below. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: All of that certain parcel of land situated at 11-3608 Plumeria Street, Mountain View, Hawaii 96771, Island and County of Hawaii, being 87,120 square feet, more or less, in Fern Acres, neighborhood code 1132-5, with TMK: (3) 1-1-039-139. Dwelling 5 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. TERMS OF SALE: The property shall be sold “AS IS” at a public auction with no upset price. The sale price may be less than the total encumbrances, with ten percent (10%) of the highest bid payable in cash or cashier’s check at the close of the auction. The 10% down payment may be subject to forfeiture if the successful bidder fails to pay the remaining balance of the bid, fails to complete the transaction in a timely manner, or as otherwise ordered by the Court. The balance is payable upon delivery of documents transferring title. Buyer shall pay all costs of escrow, conveyance, recordation and conveyance tax, and shall be responsible for securing possession of the property.
