Public Notice Rural Housing Preservation Grant Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council (H.C.E.O.C.) is submitting an application to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service for Section 533 Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. HPG funding is to assist and/or improve the handicap accessibility of their homes in rural Hawaii County (all areas except Hilo). The proposed HPG program is described in the 2022 Housing Preservation Grant Statement of Activities which will be available online at www.hceoc.org and at our Hilo office from June 24 July 8, 2022.
