State of Hawaii CANCELLATION OF OAHU FEDERAL The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) has canceled the reopening of its waiting list for low-income applicants for the HPHA federal public housing program on Oahu. The HPHA had opened its waiting list in August – September 2022. However, due to technical difficulties affecting the date and time certain applications were received online by the HPHA, and in fairness to all who had applied, the HPHA had to close its waiting list and remove all applications received during this recent reopening. The HPHA is working diligently to resolve the issues to expeditiously reopen the waiting list and will issue a public notice in the future when it reopens its waiting list.
