Applications must be thoroughly completed, signed and dated by one or both applicants that will be part of the household. Applications can also be mailed to you upon your request. Eligibility will be determined by the total gross income and household size (all applicants must be 62 years of age). Hawaii Affordable Properties, Inc., will contact the applicant family when it is time to begin the screening process. During the screening process, Hawaii Affordable Properties, Inc., will forward applications to Office of Housing and Community Development, collect and verify information on family income, assets, and family composition to determine eligibility.
