NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motions to (1) Dismiss Christopher Hiram Himan, Sr., Deceased, Individually and as Co-Trustee of the Christopher Hiram Himan, Sr. Irrevocable Trust and Amend Case Caption and (2) Summary Judgment Against All Defendants and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure; Exhibit “A” filed on October 11, 2021, in Deutsche Bank National Trust Company v.
