NOTICE TO MOTORISTS Mamalahoa Highway Safety Improvements East and West of Puuwaawaa Ranch 190, Mile Post 17.9 to 26.2. Work in these areas involve guardrail and shoulder improvements. Construction will begin on February 21, 2023 and work hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a 13-month period. Travel speed through the work area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Please use caution and plan for longer driving times when traveling through the area.
