Notice is hereby given that the contract with Starr and Company, Inc. for the Kahalu’u Shaft Sump Pump Emergency Repair, District of North Kona, County of Hawai’i, Job No. 2022-1191A, has been fully completed, and the amount deemed due to the contractor has been determined and certified.
