PATRICIA ANN MATTOS 85, of Hilo, died June 13 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in San Francisco, California, she was a retired office manager in the custom decorating department at JC Penney and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Survived by four children: Anita (Charles) Cunningham, Patricia (Hank) Baroldy, Edward (Emily) Serrano, Anthony Serrano, three sisters, one brother, nine grandchildren, twenty-one great- grandchildren, six great-great- grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
