Notice is hereby given that the contract with Nan, Inc. for the Papa’ikou Transite and G.I. Pipeline Replacement, District of South Hilo, County of Hawai’i, Job No. 2005-875, has been fully completed, and the amount deemed due to the contractor has been determined and certified.
