ROAD CLOSURE SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 2, 2023 Aloha Ke Akua Ministry is proud to present Onipa’a, a Ho’olaulea, celebrating Queen Lili’uokalani’s birthday. It will be held from 10am to 4pm at Queen Liliuokalani Park, on Saturday, September 2nd. This free community event will feature various bands playing Hawaiian music as well as hula halau and food and vendor booths. In order to give the public additional viewing area for the fireworks, Lihiwai Street, located within Lili’uokalani Gardens, between the entrance to Mokuola (Coconut Island) and the Isle’s parking lot will be closed to vehicular traffic on September 2 from 6am to 6pm.
