IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRD CIRCUIT STATE OF HAWAII SUMMONS TO: DEFENDANTS UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ASSIGNS OF CATHERINE VERNE EVANS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that KIM HILARY BRYANT and MONICA AIDA BRYANT, Plaintiffs, have filed a Complaint against you in 3CCV-23-223, wherein Plaintiffs seek a declaratory judgment that the Quitclaim Deed, recorded May 19, 2015 in the Bureau of Conveyances, State of Hawaii, as Doc. No. A-56170763, from Catherine Verne Evans individually, as Grantor, to the Catherine V. (Giacometti) Evans Family Revocable Trust dated June 1, 1998, as Grantee, conveying the real property identified as Lot E-1-A/Parcel 57 and more particularly described therein, is corrected and reformed nunc pro tunc to correctly add, reflect, and effectuate as intended by the parties the additional conveyance of Lot E-2-A/ Parcel 1, being a portion of the property located at 78-131 A Ehukai Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740, and identified as Tax Map key Nos. (3) 7-8-012-001, which property has since been conveyed to and is owned by Plaintiffs. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Wendy M. DeWeese, at 74-5451 Kamaka’eha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 on December 14, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ counsel, Koshiba&Price, 707 Richards Street, Suite 610, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
