(Giacometti) Evans Family Revocable Trust dated June 1, 1998, as Grantee, conveying the real property identified as Lot E-1-A/Parcel 57 and more particularly described therein, is corrected and reformed nunc pro tunc to correctly add, reflect, and effectuate as intended by the parties the additional conveyance of Lot E-2-A/ Parcel 1, being a portion of the property located at 78-131 A Ehukai Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740, and identified as Tax Map key Nos. (3) 7-8-012-001, which property has since been conveyed to and is owned by Plaintiffs. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Wendy M.
