Allows the applicant to subdivide the property into two lots, each approximately 1.4 acres in size to accommodate existing single-family dwellings. Increases revenues in the State Grants – Career Criminal Program account ($94,240); and appropriates the same to the Career Criminal Program account, for a total appropriation of $546,168.
