SIMEONA BALABAG GESTON Age 86 of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2023. She was born on September 5, 1937, in Besao, Mt. Province, Philippines. Simeona is survived by her daughters: Christine (Dennis) Takahashi of Hilo, Deborah (Cy) Nishihira of Honolulu, Eunice (Devin) Fukunaga of Ewa Beach, and Teresita Geston of Virginia; her grandchildren: Chelsea, Scott, Gavin, Taylor, Toni, Ethan, and Claudia; her brother George (Nancy) Balabag of the Philippines, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, parents and three brothers. Services will be held at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Aiea, Saturday, November 25, 2023. Visitation: 9:30 a.m.; Service: 10:30 a.m.
