Ordinance 24-81 (Bill 203): An Ordinance amending the Parks and Recreational Facility Schedule, Chapter 15, Article 8, Section 15-68.1, of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended), by naming the Ballfields at William “Billy” Kenoi District Park the “Howard Sanoria Ballfields” in Honor of Howard Fernando Sanoria.
