NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 414-386 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, that the dissolution of ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY CONSULTANTS OF HAWAII, INC., a Hawaii professional corporation (the “Corporation”), was effective on December 5, 2024, pursuant to the Articles of Dissolution of the Corporation, filed in the office of the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii. Claimants are hereby requested to present their respective claims against the Corporation within 120 days after this notice is received by the claimant.
