Requests for Proposals HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc. is currently accepting proposals for professional NEPA Environmental Assessment Services for an affordable housing development project at 17-649 ALA LOOP, MOUNTAIN VIEW, HI 96771; TMK: (3)-1-7-008-001. HOPE is a nonprofit organization, under the Catholic Diocese of Honolulu, which manages seven shelters with 168 beds and 128 housing units across the island. HOPE provides outreach, street medicine, behavioral health, housing, prevention, diversion, case management, and more.
