WW 911 DOCKET NO. 25 VWW 36 Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Mr. Kuhio Lewis, Chief Executive Officer, Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.” Mr. Nicholas Carroll, Chief of Staff, Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant.
