Bill 105: Amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as Amended, the Operating Budget of the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026. Appropriates revenues in the Fund Balance from Previous Year account ($16,515,493.51) and appropriates the same to the Housing Production account. Ayes: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Onishi, Villegas, and Chair Inaba – 8; Noes: None; Absent: Council Member Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder – 1; Excused: None.

Bill 106: Amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as Amended, the Operating Budget of the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2026. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – Emergency Rental Assistance Program COVID-19 (Emergency Rental Assistance 2 Pass Through) account ($1,494,623.34) and appropriates the same to the Emergency Rental Assistance Program COVID-19 (Emergency Rental Assistance 2 Pass Through) account. Ayes: Council Members Galimba, Hustace, Kagiwada, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Onishi, Villegas, and Chair Inaba – 8; Noes: None; Absent: Council Member Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder – 1; Excused: None.
