REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL ARC OF HILO Adult Day Care Facility Renovations and Expansion project Location: 1099 Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo, HI 96720 TMK: (3) 2-3-032.007 The Arc of Hilo is requesting bids from licensed contractors for a renovation and expansion project at its Adult Day Care facility in Hilo. The work includes construction of a 936 sq ft pavilion and conversion of an existing office into a fitness room. All bidders must hold a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s license and Federal Unique Entity Identifier number (UEI). A pre-bid site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Contractors interested in submitting a bid are encouraged to attend to review the project and ask questions.
