Hawai’i County Council’s Committee/ Council Meeting Notice The Committee meetings will be held in the Council Room at 25 Aupuni St. (Hawai’i County Building), First Floor, Rm. 1401, Hilo, Hawai’i, on January 4 and 5, 2022. For information regarding which Committees will be convening and at what times, please contact the Office of the County Clerk-Committee Services at 961-8255. The Council’s regular meeting will be held at the same location on January 5, 2022, and will convene at 2:00 p.m. Oral Public Testimony: In person testimony and viewing: Hilo Council Chambers 25 Aupuni Street, 1st floor, Room 1401, Hilo, Hawai’i. Submitting Written Testimony: The Council encourages the public to submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to Council Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, January 3, 2022 for Committees and Tuesday, January 4, 2022 for Council by: (1) email to counciltestimony@hawaiicounty.gov, (2) facsimile to (808) 961-8912; or (3) mail to the County Clerk’s Office in Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai’i, 96720.
