NOTICE OF TRAFFIC IMPACT
AFFECTED AREA: HAILI STREET, BETWEEN KEAWE STREET AND
KINO’OLE STREET; SOUTH HILO, HAWAI’I
The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai’i, will be working on Haili Street between Keawe Street and Kino’ole Street from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, September 10, 2023 and Monday, September 11, 2023, to change a service lateral and water meter.
The affected section of Haili Street will be closed to traffic in both directions from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2023. The area will be limited to alternating one-way traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023. Police will be on-site both days directing traffic. Motorists should expect delays and drive with caution.
