REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS ARC OF KONA-KONA KRAFTS CESSPOOL CONVERSION AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (SOUTH KONA) DEADLINE: 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 8, 2026 The Arc of Kona (Owner) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Hawaii licensed contractors for a design-build project at its residential group home located in Captain Cook. The scope of work includes the design and conversion of the existing cesspool to septic tank, replace kitchen cabinets and countertops, and replace flooring and baseboards.
