NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), notice is hereby given that the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism; Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), will hold a virtual public hearing on May 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. on the proposed amendments to and compilation of Chapter 15-308, "State Assisted Sales and Lease Program," Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).

Written testimony on these proposed rule-making actions will be accepted through May 20, 2025, at the following address: HHFDC, Attention: Cynthia Nyross; 677 Queen Street, Suite 300; Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; or via email to Cynthia.C.Nyross@hawaii.gov.
