FY2025-26 AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION PROGRAM
Hawai'i County, under Ordinance 22-77, appropriates a minimum of $5 million annually to the Affordable Housing Production (AHP) Program to support, increase, and sustain affordable housing production within the County.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) will open the Request for Proposals (RFP) for FY2025-26 AHP funding round on May 5, 2025. Eligible applicants include non-profit and for-profit organizations, public agencies, and community land trusts. Proposals must align with the objectives of the AHP Program and comply with the Administrative Rules.
All proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated online application portal available at www.hawaiicounty.gov/ahp. The application portal will open on May 5, 2025, and close on July 7, 2025, at 4:30 PM HST.
Interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend the informational meetings to learn more about the program and the application process. These meetings will be held via Zoom on the following dates:
