Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the total contract amount (excluding State of Hawaii General Excise Taxes). A Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at the Project Site on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (HST). This meeting is not mandatory. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not a condition for submitting a bid, but the conference is an opportunity to ask questions about contractual requirements and all technical aspects of the project.
