NOTICE TO BIDDERS WEST HAWAII FACILITY NOTICE is hereby given that CFS Real Property, Inc., a Hawaii non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status, will receive sealed bids until the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 for architectural and renovation work for one of their properties in West Hawaii: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CFS Real Property, Inc is soliciting for full architectural and engineering services from predesign through construction closeout for new plumbing infrastructure and a bathroom addition at one of its properties. Bidders must possess a current and valid State of Hawaii Architect’s License in accordance with HRS Chapter 464 relating to licensing of architects, provide proof of insurance, and have at least 5 years of proven experience related to the project’s scope of work. RENOVATION/CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CFS Real Property, Inc is acquiring services for interior renovation work including flooring, windows and lighting improvements, and painting. Bidders must possess a current and valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s License in accordance with HRS Chapter 444 relating to licensing of contractors, provide proof of insurance, and have at least 5 years of proven experience related to the project’s scope of work.
