NOTICE TO BIDDERS EAST HAWAII FACILITY NOTICE is hereby given that CFS Real Property, Inc., a Hawaii non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status, will receive bids until the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2023, for architectural work for one of their properties in East Hawaii: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CFS Real Property, Inc is soliciting for full architectural and engineering services from predesign through construction closeout for 16 micro units at one if its properties in East Hawaii. Bidders must possess a current and valid State of Hawaii Architect’s License in accordance with HRS Chapter 464 relating to licensing of architects, provide proof of insurance, and have at least 5 years of proven experience related to the project’s scope of work.
