NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NOTICE is hereby given that CFS Real Property, Inc., a Hawaii non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status, will receive sealed bids until the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on Friday October 13, 2023 for renovation work regarding the following project: EAST HAWAII PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CFS Real Property, Inc is acquiring services for exterior renovation work for one of its properties in East Hawaii. The project involves the removal of an old exterior shed and construction of a new exterior storage shed that will require electrical components as well; and the installation of perimeter lighting for safety. Bidders must possess a current and valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s License in accordance with HRS Chapter 444 relating to licensing of contractors, provide proof of insurance, and have at least 5 years of proven experience related to the project’s scope of work.
